If you’re craving some nostalgia from the 80’s, or maybe want to introduce global sleuthing to a new generation of kids, then you will be pleased to find Carmen Sandiego is now connected to Google Earth.

And it’s good…

To get there, head over to Google Earth in your Chrome browser, or in a Google Earth app on your favorite device.

In the Voyager section, which is wonderland of Google Earth education awesomeness, you will find Carmen!

So far, it looks like there is one crime with a variety of clues set up, but it appears more are in the pipeline including the Keys to the Kremlin Caper, and Tutenkhamun’s Mask Caper. This first one looks like you are tasked with finding the stolen Crown Jewels from London. Which begs the question whether Carmen will help India reclaim them back.
